Judge alone trials

The Criminal Procedure Act (NSW) allows for applications to be made by both an accused person and the prosecution for a trial to be heard by judge alone - with no jury. Corporate criminal prosecutions in the Federal Court - Part 1

In March 2019, the Federal Government announced funding of $35 million to support the expansion of the Federal Court into corporate crime.
